Mario oversees all transactions within the firm and also works directly with community owners nationally. Mario has owned manufactured home communities for years and is a principal in the management company and dealership used to operate the assets acquired.
Gary Crouse
Sr. Acquisition Manager (Southeast Region)
Gary works with community owners around the country with a focus on the Southeast region of the United States. He puts together fast and fair transactions that ensure we all walk away excited. Gary was the largest independent manufacturer's rep for Nike until 1986. Before joining The REA Group Gary was a commercial real estate broker focused on self storage facilities.
Jim Ronding
Sr. Acquisition Manager (Midwest Region)
Jim works with community owners around the country with a focus in the Midwest region of the United States. He looks for ways to add value to every relationship and cares about not only a successful transaction but the manner in which it is handled. Jim has been in residential and commercial real estate since 1987 and before joining The REA Group he owned the #1 real estate brokerage (RE/MAX 1) in Superior Wisconsin for 11 years.
Trevor Swedberg
Jr. Acquisition Manager (Southwest Region)
Trevor works with community owners around the country with a focus in the Southwest region of the United States. He is extremely detail oriented and works tirelessly to ensure transactions are handled professionally and enjoyably. Trevor has a strong technical understanding of machinery and prior to joining The REA Group he was in insurance sales.
